NLA’s annual 'on Location' event in the City of London will look at how planning policy, development and design is working to maintain the City’s role as London’s central business district.
Senior representatives from the City Corporation, together with developers, architects, agents and other stakeholders will discuss how planning policy is responding to changes in the market to maintain the City’s position as London’s CBD; look at the future for the financial and insurance sectors and their changing requirements; examine emerging sectors such as the TMT market and how the development of new quarters of the City is supporting their needs; and take a look at how the development and design profession is developing new high quality and efficient workspaces.
A morning conference at the Guildhall will be followed by a networking lunch and afternoon building tours.
