Article 25

There is much coverage of disaster relief, but rebuilding and sustainable solutions rarely follow and the second wave of the disaster goes largely unreported. Article 25 can help change this. We are not in the business of prescribing a solution. We work with local people, ideals, needs and materials to find a lasting solution, wherever there is a need for better shelter.

We work with local and international NGO's and community groups. a [25] maintains that the means of building is as important as the end result and a[25] building projects always promote capacity building, livelihood creation and skill sharing.

a[25] is working with the most admired academic experts to formulate accreditated CPD courses and lectures on humanitarian architectural issues. We create a forum to engage in the debate and question the architects' role in humanitarian building practice.

In a nutshell, we raise funds, sponsor projects and train and provide architects to work on humanitarian building and shelter ventures around the world. What will your contribution be?
